TIMOTHY BELLMAN
Managing Director, Head of Global Research  |  Invesco Real Estate
Tim Bellman is Managing Director and Head of Global Research for Invesco Real Estate (IRE). He is responsible for global asset allocation and coordinating the research efforts of the three regional heads of research in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Bellman has more than three decades of real estate experience. Prior to joining IRE in 2012, he worked for ING Real Estate Investment Management (INGREIM) for seven years, most recently as the global head of research and strategy, and previously as the Asia Pacific head of research and strategy. In this leading role, he provided strategic guidance to the firm’s global/cross-border clients and strategies, and worked both in the Hong Kong and London offices. Before joining INGREIM, Bellman was the regional investment strategist for LaSalle Investment Management and head of research and strategy for Asia Pacific for Jones Lang LaSalle.

He spent 16 years in Hong Kong and was the first chairman of the research committee of ANREV, the Association for Non‑Listed Real Estate Vehicles. Bellman earned an MA degree from Cambridge University and a master of philosophy degree from Reading University in the UK. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is also an author, real estate market commentator and presenter.
