DISCUSSION HIGHLIGHTS
As the world emerges from the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the case for emerging markets has been strengthening, especially as developed market investors grapple with low yields, low growth, and the spectre of rising inflation. In this Monday Minute we look at the case for emerging markets and why they’re more compelling than ever for asset owners. We’ll talk about the best way to access them (debt vs. equities, etc), emerging themes like technology, geopolitical risk and ESG, and the best approach for identifying areas of future outperformance.
