Dominic is Chair of Rio Tinto and the Chair of LeapFrog Investments, an impact-investment firm focused on emerging markets.
Dominic recently completed his role as the Ambassador of Canada to the People’s Republic of the China. He was appointed by the Right Honourable Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in 2019 until 2021.
He was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and served as Global Managing Partner from 2009 to 2018.
He served as Chairman of Teck Resources and as Non-Executive Director at the Singtel Group (Singapore) and Investor AB (Sweden). He was also an Advisory Board Member of the Olayan Group, a private family-owned company. He is also the Chancellor of the University of Waterloo, was the Chair of Standard Chartered Bank’s International Advisory Council. He was the Chair of the Canadian Minister of Finance’s Advisory Council on Economic Growth and was Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council.
He was a Senior Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s International Advisory Council, and a member of the boards of Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City and the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada.
He is one of the founders of FCLT Global (Focusing Capital on the Long Term), has co-authored four books, including Talent Wins, published in 2018 and is also an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University, Beijing. He is the recipient of 8 honorary doctorates from the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia and the University of Edinburgh, among others.
He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA Honours in economics and has a M.Phil in Economics from Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.

Adam leads Wellington’s team of multi-asset strategists globally. The team’s objective is to help our clients achieve better investment outcomes by providing them with relevant research, analysis, and advice. As a strategist, he focuses on public pensions and other total-return-oriented investors. He develops research from an allocator’s perspective, advises clients and prospects on a range of investment policy and governance issues, and serves as the portfolio manager for bespoke multi-manager investment solutions, helping to bring iStrat’s team-based process to bear on a client’s specific objectives and constraints.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Adam was the head of Portfolio Solutions at AQR Capital Management, where he delivered innovative research and ideas to existing and prospective investors and served on the Investment Committee of an early fund focused on alternative risk premia. Previously, at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), he served as a research strategist in Global Investment Strategies and as chief of staff to the heads of GSAM. During his 11 years at Goldman Sachs, he also worked in the firm’s Pension Services Group and Equities Division.

Matt Christ is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income team at Ninety One responsible for supporting the growth of the existing Emerging Markets Corporate effort and building the team’s illiquid, private and special situations credit expertise with a strong focus on the decarbonization of emerging markets. He leads the debt financing efforts to help reduce the carbon profiles of today’s high emitters and to develop new infrastructure and technologies for credible transition paths, creating meaningful impact for real-world carbon reduction.
Prior to joining Ninety One, Matt worked for Gramercy Funds Management as a portfolio manager focusing on opportunistic emerging market credit. Before this he was a portfolio manager at BlackRock responsible for the fixed income portfolios of insurance clients.
Matt graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and French and Columbia Business School with an MBA where he was also a graduate of the Value Investing Program.

Matt Christ is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income team at Ninety One responsible for supporting the growth of the existing Emerging Markets Corporate effort and building the team’s illiquid, private and special situations credit expertise with a strong focus on the decarbonization of emerging markets. Arup heads the Mackenzie Global Quantitative Equity Team which provides quantitative investment capabilities in Global and Emerging Markets equities.
Arup has over 25 years of experience in quantitative equity investing. Between 1992 and 2012 he was a Quantitative Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Director of US and Director of Portfolio Management with Man Numeric, where he managed capacity-constrained equity strategies (traditional long only, active extension and hedge funds) in all capitalization strata and regions of the world. In 2012, Arup founded Agriya Investors, a firm focused on global equities, which eventually became the global/international arm of AJO. As Chief Investment Officer - International, Arup launched capacity-constrained equity strategies in emerging and developed markets.
Arup joined Mackenzie in September 2017 to head the Global Quantitative Equity Team.
Arup has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India, and earned an MBA with distinction from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He is a CFA charterholder.

He is a veteran oil and gas industry executive with over 40 years of experience. He served as President & CEO and a director of Pengrowth Energy Corp. from 2009 to March 2018, where he led the Company through a major transformation, streamlining its asset base from 35 properties to two growth assets, with over $9 billion of development opportunities.
Prior to joining Pengrowth, Derek was the President, CEO and Director of Focus Energy Trust, a dividend paying royalty trust company. During his tenure at Focus, Derek was successful in increasing the market valuation approximately five times, while distributing more than $400 million to unitholders. Derek is also active in not-for-profit organizations and is a long serving board member of MaRS, one of Canada’s largest collaboration and innovation hubs.
Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University, is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation.
